For warranty, guarantee, or satisfaction-related returns, please contact us at service@thecarguysnyc.com.You can choose either an exchange for similar items or a refund, pending review of the returned items and the reason for return by our customer service team.For apparel returns, items must be in new condition—worn or washed items are not accepted. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
